Within the following : (i) We, Our, Us or ASW means All Scales Warehouse Pty Ltd (ABN 30 283 665 934); and (ii) You or Your means the customer or purchaser or agent of the customer or purchaser.
Shipping & Insurance Policy
Unless you are notified and advised of any additional freight charges applicable to the product you are ordering or your location, shipping is FREE for all products and options within mainland Australia and Tasmania. Where you are liable for freight charges, we will also notify you of any additional insurance charges that need apply. In cases where shipping is FREE, we will be responsible for loss or damage to outgoing orders, prior to receipt by you.
If the product you order IS IN STOCK, then typically, you should receive it in 5-10 business days of receipt of your payment (see Cleared Funds). You will be advised when the product has been shipped to you.
If the product you order IS NOT IN STOCK, you will be contacted by us and advised of the expected ship date. You will be given the option of cancelling your order, should any shipping delays be unacceptabe to you.
If the item is visibly damaged in transit (i.e. carton damage), you should alert the shipping company representative and have the damage recorded, before accepting delivery of the product. Please gather any evidence you can that damage has occured prior to your acceptance - mobile phone pictures are ideal. If the product is found to be damaged once the packaging is removed, please alert All Scales Warehouse via the Contact Us page immediately and we will advise on Warranty Claims.
Tax Invoices and GST
All orders receive a tax invoice showing the GST amount on the invoice. All prices shown on this website include GST. GST will be listed separately at the time of checkout.
If paying by PayPal eCheque, personal cheque, money order or internet transfer, your order will be shipped when your funds are cleared.
All product on this site are covered by a minimum 12 Months Manufacturer's Warranty. Products with warranty periods greater than 12 months are individually noted within their product details page.
All Warranties are "Return To Manufacturer Warranty" and do not cover on-site warranty repairs.
A product will be classed DOA if we deem the product has not functioned according to specification within seven (7) days of receipt by you and you have notified us within this same period. During the DOA period and if initial shipping was FREE for the "defective" product , we will meet all reasonable return shipping and insurance costs . All DOA Warranty Returns must be received by us or the manufacurer in their original packaging. Please contact All Scales Warehouse via the Contact Us and we will advise you on the DOA status of your product and return shipment method.
Unless otherwise advised or where a Warranty Return is outside of the DOA period, all shipping and insurance costs will be born by you. You are responsible for any additional damage or loss that occurs when products are returned to us or directly to the manufacturer. Please contact All Scales Warehouse via the Contact Us and we will assist you with your warranty claim outside of the DOA period.
